Notary Fees
Notary services are provided at the state-regulated rate of:
$10 per signature
There is no charge for notary services provided to Kari Bradley & Associates insurance and real estate clients when the notarization is related to services we are assisting with.
Payment is due at the time of service for all other notarizations. If multiple signatures or signers are required, fees apply per signature.
What to Bring to Your Appointment
To ensure a smooth appointment, please bring:
- A valid, government-issued photo ID
- All documents requiring notarization
- Any additional signers listed on the document
Documents must be complete and unsigned prior to your appointment.
Support for New Notaries
Interested in becoming a notary? We offer guidance and support to individuals looking to obtain their Arizona notary commission.
Our services include:

Assistance completing your Arizona notary application

Providing the required $5,000 surety bond mandated by the State of Arizona

Notarizing the bond

Submitting the bond and required documentation to the Arizona Secretary of State Notary Department along with the applicable state fee
